Case 1: The wife is mentally ill with doctor's note that she sometimes can't really control herself. Does she get to take care of the children?

Case 2: After got married and had children, the wife committed a crime and went to jail or got fined and now have criminal record (misdemeanor/felony).Does she get to take care of the children if the filed a divorce?

Case 3: The wife broke promise the let the children to get baptized as agreed in front of the priest. Does she get to take care of the children if the filed a divorce?

For cases 1 and 2, it would have to be proven that these facts prevent her from safely caring for the children. A doctors note or background check is not enough evidence to support that.

Case 3, sorry. Won't have much to do with custody at all.
