If me and my spouse were to file uncontested divorce papers, how soon is the court date, the reason I ask is that my spouse would be moving away in a months time, Ive heard that some counties do walk in divorce's is this true? and more specifically is this true for cook county? If it isn't a one day thing how long does it typically take?
