date - what kind of violation? My husband failed to pay me the remaining court agreement settlement of $80k Court agreement settlement of $80k has not been paid by agreed court date- is this a violation? I settled to move out by 90 days for $130,000 or $50k then $80k by 1-15-2010 because I'm moving. Now my husband is trying to get me to wait until we all sign the decree to give me the agreed remaining settlement funds of $80,0000. What kind of court violation is this? What kind of papers are find to force the payment? How can I get in touch with the judge? How do I get my money before I sign the decree my attorney is not standing up for my enterests. My husband has already said he wants more funds from the settlement; he's getting Harley Davison street bike mail at our old home address. He as a job/DBA; I have no income or job. He has been threatening to blow up our home or burn it down during pass year/divorce; I'm afraid I wont get my money which the court transcrips state I will get by 1-15-10 and today is 2-15-10. My atty knows and is not doing anything about it. I was the original patitioner but my atty let my husband's atty finalize the closing and decree; I read 1st draft riped me off the $50k and took other things Iwas awarded in the divorse settlement. My atty was rude when I called her to go over it. then she saw more wrong with it.
