Hi, a friend on mine has asked me to ask a couple of questions. I would appreciate if someone can answer them as best as possible.

1) I am married and I have 4 children, would I have to pay child support for the 4 of them if I get a divorce?

2) I currently own a house, If I get a divorce, who would keep the house, who would keep on paying the mortgage?

3) If I get married again with a different person, would that person be able to keep my house if I get divorced from her?

4) If I get a divorce from my second wife, would I have to pay child support for her children also?

5) If I get a divorce from my second wife, and if she has children later on, would I have to pay child support for them?

6) Who would keep the cars? Me my first wife, or my second wife?

I don't know why he asked me to ask you guys these questions but I would appreciate it if you guys could answer them.

Thank You.

1-Yes child support for all 4. Look up on the local child support services and there will be a calculator that helps figure the amount out.
2-If the house is in both names then someone has to buy the other out, refinance and pay the mortgage, or sell and split profit.
3-same as two
4-not if you aren't their biological father
5-same as four
6-that depends when you figure out assets and stuff.
