Well heres the go. I left my husband afew months back I took the kids with me and also some personal belongings but he wouldnt let me take all of the stuff i wanted the police were present and said no i couldnt take it if he didnt agree to it and that it is now disputed property. How do i go about getting my property? I dont know how it all works because we were living in a rental house and the lease has now run out and he has taken the property with him ...... why does it seem that he has more right to our belongings then me ? It just doesnt seem fair.
