Ten points to the first person who can help me turn this fraction into Scientific Notation. I think I have the correct answer, but I need to be positive...

The exponents are both negative. This needs to be solved and turned into Scientific Notation. I'm getting .00031 when I solve the problem, so would that be 3.1 x 10^-4 ?
