Distortion pedal help
So i got a bass distortion pedal for Christmas but i have a electric guitar, i hooked it up and worked and it has a lot of effects and they all sound great. The question i have is it ok to play a guitar using a distortion pedal that was meant for a bass? it sounds good but do some musicians frown upon that?
