Hi all, i really need some clarification, i'm doing my literature review for dissertation , my chosen topic is basically consumer preference for retail bank delivery channel: UK perspective, i couldn't find many articles under my topic so i've decided to include some themes such as ; factor/driving forces of internet banking, and then the main topic followed by consumer perception with involvement, and lastly its conclusion......
how do you guys think about it? do you think its okay?
