I asked LNS packers and movers to move my scooter from Hyderabad to Chennai on 8th May 2010.
As i am in chennai, my friend hand over the scooter and they confirmed that scooter will be deliverred in three days. They gave my friend a BILL which he couriered to me same day. Its almost 20 days now and after a lot of effort to negotiate they still did not deliverred my scooter. Couple of days back they said they send my scooter by some third party cargo and they will not deliver to my home. After a lot of negotiaion, i gave up and send my friend to collect my scooter. Worse thing happened that third party refused to give scooter as LNS packers are expected to send some LR ( some kind of bill which they never told us).
Now i am so much frustated that even after so much effort they are toying with us. I would like to know what legal actions can be taken against them.
