I have purchased flat in India. The society is not yet formed and the builder has build ample parking space and he wants to sell the same.Process for forming society has just started and now the builder is in a hurry to sell the parking space and hence forcing us by not allowing our cars to be parked in the parking lot.
1. As per my knowledge the builder is not supposed to sell the parking space (Open or Stilt). What steps should we take so that the builder stops harassing us?
