Dispute over grandmother's will- need your perspectives please?

I asked this question a few weeks ago, I'm sorry if I'm offending anyone by reposting.

My grandmother left $10k of her estate to my mom and the rest is to be split by my half sister and me (she is my mom's daughter). The total value of the estate after bills are paid will be about $77k. When I was in my hometown for the funeral, my mom didn't say anything about her feelings towards the will. But a few months after I was back in my current city, she started to leave messages telling me she has lawyer friends who tell her the will can be interpreted differently. Long story short, she is fighting me for more than what she was given- about $3000 more from each of her duaghters. She has no legal legs to stand on, but what is bothering me is that she is putting me in this position to begin with (I am the executor of the estate). I think she's being unmotherly. She thinks I'm being greedy. What do you think?
my mom wants me and my sister to give her $3000 each from our own share of the inheritence, so she gets an additonal $6000
