i bought an item on ebay, and the seller is claiming the post office lost 30+ packages. he has given people tracking numbers that are all invalid. i opened a case with paypal due to the fact he wont refund me and they are saying they will review the case once the item is delivered... how is this going to work? this guy has apparently outsmarted paypal, because the package isnt going to be delivered since its a fake number... will i get my refund =/
they had good feedback all the way up until like three days ago when people started noticing the same thing i did. they didn't offer insurance. ive used ebay a lot and this is the worst thing thats happened on there.
