My best friend Leslie and my girlfriend Kelly don't along at all. Leslie and i have best friends for as long as i can remember. We are very close and tell each other everything. There is nothing i wouldn't do for her and vice versa. Leslie lives with me as does her 3 year son who she had with her EX husband. Her EX is a total asshole and he doesn't even care about his son and i am a father figure to him. I feel like he is my son and Leslie wants me to adopt him. Kelly doesn't want me to take on what she deems unnecessary responsibility. She told me Leslie and i spend too much time together and are too close. I like Kelly and all but i haven't know her my whole life. She told me i have to choose between her and Leslie. To me it's no contest but Kelly has been my longest girlfriend i ever have. I'm not sure what to do my loyalty is with Leslie but my heart is with Kelly. What is the best way to solve this issue?
