I am a 16 year old girl, this is my first summons ever. I was out front of a friends house with about 5-6 people. The cops pulled up , a kid had a very small amoount of weed on him, he stupidly threw it on the ground the cops picked it up and made us put out hands on the car. He said someone confess or we are all going down and of course no one confessed so he gave the kid who confessed after a summons for possession and he gave everyone else there disorderly conduct some other code i dont have the paper and sub 5? My court date in feb 23rd i will be 17 when the court date happens, what should i say / expect. how is this disorderly conduct?!!?!? i was polite and did not yell or anything they stopped out of suspicion im guessing PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME INPUT ! thank you!!
