...maintenance? I am somewhat new to Macs. When I used to have my old pc, from time to time, maybe twice a month I used to run a disk clean up and a disk defragmentation. I wonder if the same would be needed if I run XP on a mac through boot camp. I have been told macs do an extraordinary job performing maintenance tasks on their own (explain). However should I manually go in the windows partition and run the schedule maintenance or should I just not worry about it? Is this safe to do? Are there any other tips, ideas of what to do to keep both windows and Mac OS running smoothly at peak performance besides those listed?
