Dish Network Sony TV Remote Problem?

I just got Dish Network and am trying to setup the remote for my tv inputs to move from Video 1 through Video 7. For some reason it will only toggle between Video 1, 3, and 4, which is a bit of a problem since I only use Video 5 for the Sat box and Video 6 for my DVD. Anyone ever run into this issue before?
