Give an example of where the U.S. has used sanctions against a foreign entity or country, the purpose or desired result for implementing sanctions, how the foreign entity or country responded to the use of sanctions, the result and how effective was the sanction.
 
Iraq..Control of a Out of Control Leader...Worked very well..Had no fly zones, had it's Military under complete control, No deaths, no incursions and working perfectly. Leader response was to tell the American Government "NO"...............Then came the Decider.......
