How can you search information on it?
Easy. You search the Rise of the Ottoman Empire. And their Impact on the Western World.
It's very easy. And when you found the information, you, in your own words, explain how they did it, and why they did, and what become of it.
Don't be lazy. You won't learn anything having others do you your work. The only way to learn, is by by finding the information yourself.

And don't forget to mention how the Turks got an attack of sanity, at seeing how their forward units were becoming the first "Al Queda/Taliban" types and brutalizing folks in the name of Islam. They called back the troops, and the entire country became isolationist, which they have remained to this day. Yay, Turks!
