okay so i have to do this oral on the range of poetic techniques bruce dawe uses...how do i write it...i mean i have imagery,satire,irony,humour,imagery,meta... language,pardox pun and symbolism...but how do i discuss this?
i am actually doing it such that i sort of use two poems as an example and say like oh in this poem symbolism was used like this and satire was used like that sort of thing. then i did the same for the other poem. problem is, it seems more of also like an analysis of the poems. but i have no idea how else i can discuss the techniques. i only know how to explain how he uses his techniques in these poems.
please tell me if what i am doing is wrong and how i can actually maybe discuss the poems?
