Discuss the pros and cons of keeping a giraffe as a pet.?

I've always loved giraffes, and I would dearly love to have one, but I already have two dogs and two cats. I'm not sure the landlord would allow me to have a giraffe. Plus, my backyard is kind of small. However, it *is* fenced in, and there are a couple of tall trees he/she could eat from.

So, how 'bout it? Should I get a giraffe, or not? And, are there any rescue organizations for giraffes? I'd rather rescue one than pay a breeder.

Before anything, check and make sure they're legal? But I'm not sure that would be the best pet. Giraffes need alot of room to roam, alot of food, etc. Anyway, they're BIG/WILD animals.
 
giant giraffe boners is a con...
not to mention you legally can't keep wild animals like that without special permits and a specific type of place to keep it.
