Discomfort in the underarm area

Hello everybody

I am 25 years old, male.

I have been aware of an uncomfortable feeling in my left armpit. You know what it feels like if your clothes are too tight under your arm? Well, it feels like that - but my clothes are loose. I keep wanting to pull my sleeves away from my armpit. It's not tender, not painful but it's a discomfort. I used to be aware of it only when I was relaxing on the sofa in the evening but recently I know it's there pretty much all the time (like now for instance.) I can't feel any lumps or swellings or tenderness but it bothers me. Any ideas?
 
I would say pinched nerve, ingrown hair under your arms, or more seriously, a heart or chest problem.

Hope I gave you some direction. Try an NSAID like IBuprofen or Tylenol. See if the discomfort goes away! Then it might be more likely to be a pulled muscle or pinched nerve.
 
Thanks for your advice! Will try to see what direction I have to go with this.

For example now, I feel the armpit normal, no discomfort, without taking any pills.

I remeraber that during the last years I had this issue coming and going, so it is not permanent.
