...days after? Ithought my invention had already been patented and I told someone. I since found out my understanding of the existing prior art patent was wrong, and I can still go ahead with patenting mine!
I'm sick with worry that I told someone! Can I get the person to sign non disclosure and non compete? How would someone know whether it was signed before or after disclosure? Who can witness the signature?
