Discharge after exercise? Normal? Ovulation? Post-partum possibly?

Sorry if this is gross, but for the past few days after I exercised, I've had these big globs of clear stretchy discharge come out. I was just wondering if that was normal? Also, is clear & stretchy discharge always a sign of ovulation?

I also gave birth about 5-6 weeks ago. Could that be considered a possible reason for the discharge as well?
