I have just started at University of Phoenix and am close to finishing up my Orientation workshop. Does anyone know if the disbursement for financial aid go out before I start my 2 upcoming courses on the 19th of this month? I really need to buy a new laptop for school and haven't got a direct answer from my financial advisor.
