I have bike at the moment, but I'm afraid that the frame might be too small.
I am about 5'3, what size of frame would be good for me?
Also, what are some disadvantages of having a bike that is too small? I'm afraid that I might get pains in my legs?
And what would be some advantages of a larger frame?

Thanks!! :)

You want to take your inseam x .59 = frame size for a mountain bike and use .65 for a road bike or hybrid. Measure the seat tube length from the center of the crank to the top of the tube where the seat clamp is, that is the frame size.
If the frame is too small the seat post will need to be raised above the minimum insertion point which is dangerous. The handle bars will be too low on a smaller frame bike for your height. You will feel cramped.

You get tired easily but you can jump with the bike high and do games w it.
