Disabling the Intenet Connection for Windows on Mac?

I want to disable the internet connection on my Mac's Windows XP bootcamp partition so I don't need antivirus software. Because I'll just use the Mac's Safari, etc. Since Windows is so susceptible these days I want the default connection to the internet disabled. Or can I just install Windows with Bootcamp and just leave it as is, will Windows automatically find a connection?
