I'm searching for program or foundation that serves the Charleston, SC area that helps disabled people obtain a car. I know several other states and cities have these foundations, but is there one that serves the Charleston area? Or how else could a disabled person go about seeking help in obtaining a vehicle that does not make enough annually to qualify for a loan or save enough to buy a car?
