Disable Voice Recording E62?

I was wondering isthere a way to disable the voice recording? The button is in a area that I always seem to mistakenly press when handling the phone. It gets to be a little irritating after awhile. Thanks for any input.
 
I'd like to know as well.

Have you found a solution.

Take the phone apart, and physically remove the button hardware, solves the problem of the useless voice dialing as well.
 
I accidentally press the record button about 3 times a week, I've only had it about a week so I'm hoping to get used the placement, I also dislike the fact that it autosaves the recording and eats memory until you delete it, but on the upside, I had 3 hilarious drunken recordings from the bar this last weekend
