Disable camera flash?

Hi, I have a Nikon D80 camera and a Speedlight SB-800 flash unit. I want to shoot using the remote flash option. I was able to set that up but I can-t seem to find a way to disable the on-camera flash so that I have only the remote SB-800 firing. So far it will only fire if the camera flash also fires, and that messes up my shots. Does anybody know of a way to do that?

There is the Manual for the D80, search through it and you'll find your answer in no time. Nice camera, good to know more people are getting into photography! Its a beautiful thing.
