dirtex where art thou?

So, I've been searching for Dirtex in my neighborhood for sometime now. I live in sterling VA, and for some cosmic reason, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, nor Giant hold dirtex any longer. I know it exists, for I have 1 can left at home, but none of these stores carry Dirtex any longer. Did something happen to the product? If so, are there any substitutes that work in place? Thanks
