dirt bike tuning question?

I have a 150cc dirt bike.I recently took apart the carb to clean it.i re-installed the carb and the bike ran fine apart from the fact that after about half an hour of riding the bike it would start to bog down at high revs.i managed to fix this but now when i apply the throttle too quickly the bike just cuts out.i have tried adjusting the needle clip position and this has helped but not fixed the problem.what else do i need to adjust to make the problem better?thanks
