this bike has been owned by 2 buyers and i am the third. I am buying this bike and going to the dmv tomorrow to get the title transfered. The 1st owner didnt have the 2nd owner noterize the title one had it signed on the back of the title. can i get it noterized over to my name from the 2nd owners signiture?
