dirt bike help please?

I have a question!!! Now i plan to ride around the road, now dont say its not legal, because i am buying a kit and making it legal, so which one the CRF230 or CRF150r, i am 5ft 10in and plan to take the bike around my neighborhood and do trails, my brother is only 4ft 7in though
