DIRT BIKE HELP NEEDED QUICK 90cc?

I have a 90cc. I know a little. Not much about it. We got about a year or 2 ago and never could get it running. It won't even start. What could be the possible problems? I'm not a automacanic but if u tell me names of the parts i can figure it out. Thanks!!
 
1st you should post under motorcycles.

Next you need answer "quick" but had it sitting around for 2 years? come on.

Finally, can't get it running - won't start is so general it could be a 100 things. That's no help.

Get a manual, ask a friend or family that know a little about motors or take it to a shop.
