Dirt bike advice needed?

What do you think is the best small starter bike? (if you can narrow it down). I'm thinking a Yamaha TT-R 125 sounds good... I'm only 105 lbs and 5'2 so I need something smaller. I've heard 4 strokes are easier to learn on than 2 strokes. I've never ridden a dirt bike but it looks like a lot of fun I have ridden a snowmobile and a minibike before. Is there a website that has information for new riders and stuff like that?

PS. Where can I get some gear that isn't extremely expensive?
