Directv Plus Dvr transfering episodes into a Flash stick?

Okay i have a Dvr Recorder and i want to copy Episodes like bleach,comedy etc into a flash stick an upload it to my computer How do i do that also if you have any program that can do that please post the url and give me detail on how it works.Thanks in advance
