im having this issue at the moment. my brother has bought a vista and he cant seem to find a xp/windows 7 in his location where's he living since its a pretty small area. well heres the problem everytime he tries to play a game when its installed he runs the launcher a pop saying please install direct x and we have no clue whats going on. we installed direct x so many times and yet no avail. can someone please help. there was a roomate that he was living with [he moved now] but my brother said that he did something to make it work, going through properties and configuring something. please someone help.
