I need some good suggestions on what we can cook for dinner when my friends and I go camping at the end of July. I have breakfast & lunch planned already.
Three of us do not eat pork & 1 of us does not eat beef. We went camping a few years back and had turkey burgers one night and I can’t remember what we had the other night (It might have been hot dogs & turkey sandwiches). We will be tent camping and only have a very small propane stove and a fire. We will have a few pots, aluminum foil and roasting forks. We would prefer not to have to cook something ahead of time, freeze it and reheat it. We will not have a Dutch oven. What can you suggest besides hot dogs, burgers & turkey chili?
