Dinner tonight 5Apr11

I was going to cook the SO the leftover Tenderloin, with maybe hot veges this
time, rather than her usual salad...... but we had friends turn up
unexpectedly, and after a few G&T's, they all started to get hungry as it
*was* dinner time!!

So I made up a batch of individual pizzas, as the oven is now fixed.

A couple with some blue brie on, the rest with leftover cheeses that I had in
the fridge. Smoky cheese, sharp cheddar, a bit of Emmantal.

Roasted garlic spread on the bases, then a tomato sauce, sliced olives,
capers, lighly fried shitake mushrooms, grated cheese, some *hot* salami,
then a bit more cheese.
