Organic Fennel & Roasted Chestnut Risotto with roasted garlic and Truffle Oil
for a starter, then she had Pork steaks done in an orange, seeded mustard and
honey marinade/sauce.

With a 'Frankenstein' salad of my own creation.... which is what happens when
you're working in the kitchen and watching Japanese Iron Chef on TV at the
same time!!!

This was the risotto... damn tasty, and tummy friendly.

I like the way your wife eats although I think her meat portion is

PS: A friend emailed that she was granted permanent residency in
Australia (Brisbane) today. I miss her, but she's happier there.

One of those things that I wanted to try it before I make it.... if it
wasn't tummy friendly, it'd be a waste of a good deal of my time and
effort.

Now all I have to do is reconstruct it for my own :-)

And being organic was a + as well.

Nope, not difficult..... but I didn't want to expend all that time and effort
for something that would make me sick.

Unfortunately, no. Although the loss has decreased to a slow one now. I've
lost just over 1/3 of my body weight.

Off to the Dr's for more tests tomorrow, along with the whole raft of
tests/scans I've had in the past 2 weeks... and then back to the oncologist
Friday week to find out if I'm 'clean', or not.

And then hopefully maybe start looking at the food issue.
