She wanted salad, so I said "Knock yourself out, I'll do the meat."
Seems she had a bit of a cracked pepper thing happening last night, as
well.


Meat was eye fillet (tenderloin) cut into two pieces.... the rest is now
in a lunch box as a cold beef salad.


Initial comments..... "Can't talk, eating."

Later....... "Fuck, that meat is *beautiful*!!"


Just as she liked it, full of meaty flavour, with just a smidgen of
seasonings.
