i just tried replaceing my cigarette lighter on my car. and it works fine. but there's a wierd smell like somethings electrical is burning. i checked ALL of the fuses under the hood and in the car. and all of them are fine. none are burnt. now my dashboard instrument panel is dim, and i can't adjust it anymore. it just stays the same brightness. it's on, but it won't adjust. what do i do???
