Dilemma Please Help *Buying A Flashed Phone*

Last year I purchsed a flashed Moto Q. It was cool for awhile, but then battery started dying. So I purchased a new battery. With the original battery before it died it would notify with a warning and give me time to plug the phone up. But since replacing the battery whenever it's about to go dead it gives me NO WARNING. It jus hangs up. I will leave it charged all day and it still burns out. Not to mention when I'm out driving around the phone just keeps restarting over and over.

Saying all of this, I know that Cricket is about to come out with a new phone. And I don't want to purchase a flashed Blackberry when I could get the real deal from Cricket. But nobody knows how long it will be before the new phones are released.

If I do decide to buy a flashed blackberry what is the best place to look to buy one? I don't want to buy one on Ebay and there is a problem.

Find a local dealer that sells them in your area. That way if there is any issues you can take it back. Also make sure they offer a warranty on their flashed phones. Alot of dealers in Phoenix, AZ ,the market i'm in, don't offer warranties on their flashed phones. So ask questions before you buy. If you happen to be in Phoenix shoot me a pm, and I can give you my locations. We warranty our phones, and even have an option on some of our flashed phones to buy a extended protection plan.

Latest I heard is late August/Septeraber on Cricket launching the Zio. Don't know if that includes the 8530 or not. Prices will be at least double what you would pay for a flashed BB.

Take jgalaz advice and find a local dealer, but ask questions and deal with the one who treats you the best.
