Just been looking at rabroad's Movie Reviews archive and was amazed at some of the scores they have given some really good films.

Stardust is one example, the reviewer gave it just 2 out of 5 whereas most people who've seen it have said how good it is, including myself.

That is why I don't take any notice of film reviews! I like to make my own mind up after I've seen a film.

It doesn't bother me...if a film interests me I'll go and see it even if every review says that it's crap......

Same with me, there's often a film that is slated by critics but I think is great, then there are some films critics absolutely love and I find boring!

Very true!! Back in 1980 the critics didn't like the Empire Strikes Back. Of course now it is widely regarded as the best of the franchise!!
