Digital slr, dots on my photos?

Hey guys, i really NEED your help. For a while now ive had these strange dots on my pictures. i tryed wiping the inside with a clean cloth, it isn't the lenses as it does it with both of my lens, i tryed cleaning but still nothing?

Any ideas or what can i do?

Everyone is suggesting dust on the sensor, and i would tend to agree.
Do get it cleaned professionally, it costs little money, and is safer than doing it yourself.
 
if the dots are in the same position when you take pictures, even if you have cleaned the lens or changed to a diffrent one, there is dirt on the actual sensor, which you should try to remove with compressed air or get it professionally cleaned.
