Digital Camera that gets 4 FPS with Flash?

I am buying a new camera. I own the Olympus Stylus 800 and it's great but I'm looking to upgrade. I would like to keep all of the same features but I would like to add the ability to shoot at least 3 to 4 FPS with a flash so I can use it indoors. Hi-Def video would be nice too, but not a necessity. I would like to keep the cost below $700. Any help from people with experience with this type of camera would be great.
