That pretty much sums it up. I would like to point out though, that when I first saw the Japanese version SkullGreymon-episode in season one, (16, I believe?) I noticed that the dub was in fact remarkably accurate in that particular episode, as I recognised practically every single line from the dub. Admittedly, this was the ONLY episode I noticed was like that, but I still think it's worth mentioning.
