One company is advertising their digestive enzymes and they use "oatmeal test". They cook oatmeal and when it cools down, they sprinkle two capsules of their enzymes on it. After some short time that hard oatmeal turns into liquid. They say that means that oatmeal has been digested. Do you think it is a true test to determine if digestive enzymes in their product are active? It all looks little bit hoaxy. What do you think?
