This is a spinoff to what I was told in another thread. What are your experiences with "digestive bitters"? Did they help you? Make your GERD conditions worse? Any specific bitters or branRAB you'd recommend? Please let me know. Thanks.

Did you do a web search on digestive bitters yet? Did you look at more then one site?
Grape digestive bitters is what i use when needed. My wife used to have bad acid reflux
about 3 years ago, we used one bottle (under $10.00), and now we only use as needed.
Check out vitacost for products. The only way your going to understand how good it is for you is to try it, or you can keep doing what your doing now.

I looked it up online and found 1 forum where they were praising digestive bitters. How would you recommend using them? I mean, I will be finishing up 8 weeks on Nexium some time soon. Once I finish that, should I only use the bitters as needed, or should I use a little bit the day directly after I'm off the meRAB in order to start bringing my natural acid back out?

What would your opinion be? Also, do you still suffer from Acid Reflux?

The reason to treat a problem is to feel better, with alternative or conventional. As with all treatments, follow directions on the bottle.

No i do not suffer from acid reflux anymore. Although sometimes
i till use the bitter to help with digestion after big meal or when
the stomach feels a little upset and gas.
