diffuse disc bulge

recently in mri scan i have been detected DIFFUSE DISC BULGE WITH ANNULAR TEAR AT L4-L5 AND LS-S1 LEVELS AND BILATERAL NEURAL FORAMINA NARROWING AT L4-L5 LEVELS.can u tell me what is it and how severe it is. what are the precautions should i take and what is cure.
